Learn to Screen Print!

Ever wondered how they put the artwork on tshirts (or Upitees?). Join the Kalamazoo Hacker Gals for a workshop on screen printing basics led by Kori from La Vie en Orange.

In this hands-on class, students will learn the basics of screen and artwork preparation along with troubleshooting. Skills learned will be applicable to both silkscreening on fabric and paper.

Attendees will learn terminology, techniques for creating screens, terminology, and one-color printing techniques, taking home a print they have created.

The skills learned in this class will allow you to set up a screen printing studio in your home. Kori will be available after class for questions and answers.

Attendees are encouraged to wear older clothing or bring an apron. All supplies are included in the price.
