Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

All ready-to-ship (women's & men's) items from my online shop are mailed within 2 business days.

Made-to-order items (women's, men's, and trans & gender play) are shipped within 14-21 days.

All items are shipping via United States Postal Service, first class. Delivery confirmation (including a tracking number) is included to addresses in the United States.

Ready-to-Ship Order Deadlines

Order by December 17 to ensure delivery by Christmas and Hanukkah for ready-to-ship items in the U.S. Shipping outside the U.S.? Order by November 30 for Africa and South America, or December 7 for everywhere else.  

Made-to-Order Deadlines

Order by December 6 to ensure delivery by Christmas and Hanukkah for made-to-order items in the U.S. Shipping outside the U.S.? Order by November 23 for international shipping.

Underwear of the Month Club

To gift an Underwear of the Month Club subscription (hooray!), you've got two options:

1. Order your gift subscription by November 30 and we'll send a pair of gift wrapped undies the recipient's way in time to get them under the Christmas tree.
2. Order your gift subscription after November 30 and we'll send the recipient a membership card gift wrapped with details about your gift so that they still has something special to open.  Win win win!  :)

All Upitees come gift wrapped, similar to those pictured above.  :) And, just in case you miss the shipping deadlines, have no fear.  Email me to chat about upgrading shipping. Or, snag a gift card.

Pay using a credit/debit card or with a PayPal account. Review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information about our security and other goodness.

I accept checks from customers in the United States. Please email me for details. Orders will be shipped after payment is received and checks clear.

Underwear of the Month Club subscriptions will be mailed during the second week of each month; enroll by the end of any month to be included in the next month’s shipment. Your undies will be shipped monthly for as long as your prepaid subscription lasts.

All packaging is recycled and it's important to me to use the most eco-forgiving products I can. I may recycle packaging materials, like shipping envelopes and such. Please let me know if you prefer a new shipping envelope. Each pair of undies comes packaged as if it were a gift, but I'm happy to include a gift tag- blank or otherwise- just let me know! :)

If you are outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs taxes or tariffs incurred.
