I want you to LOVE your undies. With my Hot Booty Guarantee, alterations are happily provided at no cost. I'm able to do all sorts of things, like change the elastic length, raise or lower the waistband, make them a hair bigger or smaller... Anything to make these your new favorites.

Due to the delicate nature of the merchandise, all sales are final, though exchanges may be made if alterations won't suffice. Please email or call me at 248.830.0843 before sending anything back; I'm happy to provide a prepaid envelope so you won't even need to go to the Post Office. We'll have your new undies making your heart sing in no time.

Have a pair of Upitees that slipped a few stitches or needs some love? We want to fix them so they can keep making your heart sing! Email me with your address, and I'll get an envelope with prepaid postage to return the undies out to you. We'll fix them up and have them back in rotation in no time!
